Global Skills Hub UK & USA Partners NGO To Organized Leadership Training For Nigerians

Global Skills Hub, United Kingdom in partnership with Lion Outreach International, United Kingdom and United States of America, has organised executive leadership training for civil servants, small scale business owners and youths in Nigeria.
The seminar, tagged: “Leading with impact” was held at Lagos Television in Ikeja, Lagos. It featured awards presentation. Among the awardee was Mrs Temitope E. Opaleye, Chairman, Faculty Of Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, West African Postgraduate College Of Nurses and Midwives.
She is also the Secretary of International Association of Psychiatric Nurses (IAPN), National Coordinator Inspire Nurses Network in Africa and Assistant State Secretary FRSC Special Marshals  RS2.2 Ogun State Command.
In his opening speech, Executive Director of Leadership in Obscurity Network and Co-Director of Motor works Restoration Company, United States, Dr Vreeman Jerry said leadership in obscurity network, focusing on educating, empowering, encouraging and connecting leaders across the world.
He explained that leadership is not about people, power or authority, but to influence. “Leadership is being a person that others will gladly followed.
“Leadership is the ability to see a better future and skill to influence others. The best investment in the future is a proper influence today. Influence is a skill that can be developed. Leadership is about people. Leadership is not a position, nor power. It is not an authority but influence.
“To be a successful leader, ask more questions than giving answers, have relationships with people and not position, educate yourself and love others,” Dr Jerry, submitted
