CSR: Amedgashak Company Support TRACE, Provides Palliatives To Bad Portion In Iyana-Ilogbo Along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway

As part of social responsibility,  Amedgashak Nig Ltd has provided palliatives to feel the failed portion of Ilogbo Bus Stop on Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway to enhance free passage of motorists and economic activities.
The gesture, according to the company’s management was to support government and Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE) in its bid of ensuring roads are safe and motorable for the users.
TRACE Ijako Unit Commander, Cdr Ariyo Aduroja, who supervised why feeling the failed portion, appreciated the company for their quick response to provide palliatives that will continue to guarantee the safety along the ever-busy highway.
She also lauded the TRACE Commander/Chief Executive Officer, Cdr Abdulfatai Olaseni Ogunyemi for considering the safety of all road users as paramount to the agency despite all odds.
According to her, Cdr Ogunyemi, has mandated all Commands with their attached personnel to meet corporate organizations and other relevant stakeholders to support government in providing palliatives to the damage portion of roads within their jurisdictions, saying government alone can not do it all.
In line with this mandate, she said all the Command’s that fell under Area 4 Command have doing their best in meeting companies’ authorities, advocacy for safety and training drivers to enhance safety on the roads.
She reiterated TRACE stand to always have zero tolerance for route violation, popularly known as ‘one Way’, excess speed, wrongful overtaking and assaulting personnel while on duty. Adding that the agency would not hesitate to prosecute motorists flouting traffic rules and regulations.
She said TRACE would continue to embark on safety advocacies on schools, markets, religious homes and engage in training pupils about Road Safety tips that could further prevent road traffic crashes in the society.
