Ondo Minister Of Transport Attends FGC Idoani Old Students Reunion
1 min readThe Ondo State Minister of Transportation, Prince Ademola Adegoroye, has pledged to lias with his counterpart in the Ministry of Education to increase funding for education.
He also encouraged parents to make use of advantage and affordable quality education in public schools, especially the Federal Government Colleges where he graduated.
The Minister disclosed this when he attended the 2022 reunion of his former secondary school, the Federal Government College, Idoani.
Idoani is a rural area in South West Nigeria. It is a quiet village under the Ose Local Government in Ondo State.
The event, tagged “The Forge, the Call, the Spur”, held at the Luxury Events Centre, Ikeja in Lagos State and it hosted hundreds of members of FGC Idoani Alumni Association; the school where the Minister graduated in 1984.
Prince Adegoroye, was welcomed with a rousing ovation upon his arrival, reminisced his experience in the school and mentioned that attending FGC Idoani was the best decision his late father made for him as the school formed the foundation upon which his life started.
