Political Group Calls On Engr Tunji Akinosi To Contest For Rep Seat In 2023

A new political group under the umbrella of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ado-Odo-Ota Local Government Area has drum massive support for Honorable Tunji Akinosi over his House of Representatives ambition.
The group, Tunji Akinosi Advocacy Group (TAAG) emerged to give maximum support for the emergence of Honorable Tunji Akinosi, the present Ogun State Commisioner for Forestry to represent the good people of Ado-Odo-Ota Federal Constituency in the House Of Representatives, Abuja.
While speaking with Alagbawi TV, the group’s principal, during the unveiling of its slogan: “IRE WITITI” explained the motive behind creation of the group. He said: “Most members of the group do not even know the man called Tunji Akinosi but only felt the impact of good representation at the grassroot level. We don’t want to continue with representatives with failed promises and empty hope.
“We want someone who can move us forward, someone who can stay with us and someone who understands us from the grassroot, someone who will make laws that will have direct impact on us and not dummy laws, someone who is outspoken who will not just go there to make numbers.”
According to the group, the only person that has all that quality is no other person than Hon Tunji Akinosi.
We hereby use this medium to call on him to please contest for seat of the honorable member that will represent us at the green chambers come 2023.
If it takes us contributing from our pocket to get him the nomination form, we will gladly do that. We understand that he may not have that financial capacity, we know he is a man of integrity, a man of policy and someone who frowns at corruption at all levels.
Apart from the foundation members of this group, we have started massive mobilization across all wards in the local government and we are happy about the feedbacks we are getting from our people. It shows Hon Tunji Akinosi is the man of the people.
The group also disclosed that very soon, the official unvelling will be done and that new members from other parties who have signified their intentions to dump thier former parties will also be welcomed into the fold of the group.
